Head of Consulting & Assessment
Windhoek / remote
Own assessment quality and the consulting bench. Report to the CEO.
You will
- Set methodology for assessments, pentest oversight, and remediation ranking.
- Review every high-severity client deliverable before it leaves the building.
- Hire and coach consultants.
You are
- A practitioner who has led programmes, not only written reports.
- Able to say no to work we cannot deliver well.
