A platform plan is not a pentest. Stop buying the wrong thing first.
Individual, CyberLink, and Enterprise are coverage. Assessments and tests are scoped work. Mixing them is how buyers get a bundle they cannot run.
CyberSafe sells two different things on purpose. Platform plans (Individual, CyberLink, Enterprise) are product coverage: detection, dashboards, monitoring depth. Professional services — assessments, penetration tests, IR retainers, custom GRC — are scoped statements of work.
If you do not know what you run, buy an assessment first. A pentest on an undocumented estate finds noise. If you already know the crown jewels and need adversary proof, buy the test. If you need someone watching after hours, buy CyberLink or Enterprise — not a week of consulting theatre.
Boards like bundles. Attackers like the gap between the bundle and operations. We will recommend a plan or a SOW, not both, until the first one is earning its keep.
