Cybersecurity assessment

A CyberSafe assessment maps the estate as it actually runs — including systems nobody documented — and ranks findings by business consequence.

Typical scope

• Identity and privileged access (cloud + on-prem)
• Email and collaboration (the usual initial-access path)
• Internet-facing services and cloud defaults
• Endpoint and backup/recovery reality (not policy fiction)

Deliverables

• Executive readout (30 minutes): what an attacker can do, what it costs, the 90-day ladder
• Ranked findings with owners and evidence
• Optional: pentest or IR retainer as a separate SOW if the surface warrants it

Timeline

Most mid-market assessments: scoping in days, fieldwork in 1–3 weeks, readout the week after. We do not pad a six-month theatre programme unless the estate is that large.
